I am aware that this satellite image that I grabbed from Google Maps predates construction of the Cubs’ facility in the Dominican Republic. That said, the thought that the official “Cubs Way” is a narrow path leading to the middle of nowhere on an island in the Caribbean makes me chuckle. What can I say? I’m a sucker for artifactual geographic metaphors. Carry on.
