OV Pic of the Day: Thus Endeth the Winning Streak

So that was fun.  The Cubs won three games in a row just when nobody thought they could.  But then they played an actual major league team.  They had a chance in the ninth inning, but Blake DeWitt struck out on what would have been ball four.  OV, using advanced technology that we have developed in our secret underground labs, was able to capture the moment and determine how DeWitt was fooled by the pitch.

    MO, I heard the Bears and Mike Sims-Walker have a mutual interest. I like him. He’s a big WR that runs good routes. I see the Bears having about a 2-3 year window with this team so they need to make some noise this free agency. WR, CB, DT, Oline.

    For OL, Clabo is the big name, but no way ATL lets him get away. Ryan Cook is out there, and Dockery might be worth a flyer, but his knee is a big question mark.

Sanchez sucks with those guys, he’ll be an abomination without them. I like Buress but I think some team will offer him more money than the Bears. If Rice’s hip isn’t an issue, then he should get a serious consideration. I wouldn’t mind Sims-Walker though if those options don’t pan out.

    Okay, Uecker’s awesomeness is unusual, but even Cory Provis is fine on his own. When there’s one guy the focus stays on the game, not on the pleasantries of the announcers’ families, golf games, charity events, playing days, sudoku records, hairpieces, cars, favorite foods, etfuckingc. Much as I like Zonk and Ron, I’d prefer to just hear Pat do the call (or even just Zonk!).

    Supposedly the MRI said it wasn’t broken and no ligaments were torn. Just a sprain.
