Mercurial Outfielder has a really good article up on The NonSequitor that’s well worth the read.

Police say they got no reports from McQueary: http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/7243505/police-say-no-record
This would explain why there was no mention of it in the Grand Jury report. If he did not, he would set himself up for perjury charges.
Seems to me McQ is going back to Japan,

Also, Citizen’s Bank decided they should pull their series of pins for the 2011 season,
One of Brooks most annoying traits is his elitism/snobby nature. His premise was convoluted and I think his point (People just want to feel morally superior) misses the actual issue which is it is hard for people to put themselves into such shocking context and truly understand how they would act. It is easier to impose your self view on the situation or bend it to fit what you imagine yourself to be. Certainly the real reason people are outraged is because Jer likes to fuck young boys and PSU enabled him.
I always enjoy a good takedown of Brooks. Sm-g F-ck.

He’s certainly set himself up for the defense lawyers to shred his credibility.

A comment I left on Tango’s blog about Posnanski:

BOOM goes the dynamite:
They must have a mountain of evidence.
Despite that knowledge and despite Paterno undoubtedly knowing about it, he sent Sandusky on the recruiting trail. The only justice in that is that they’re losing recruits and that’s hardly justice. If that’s all the justice that comes Paterno’s way the system has failed.

South Park doesn’t duck Penn State jokes.
Man, the university’s chief lawyer is suspiciously over the top in claiming he knew nothing
.

Joe Paterno ——–> lung cancer
Joe Paterno ——–> lung cancer
Did he call a doctor, or just Spanier?
Did he call a doctor, or just Spanier?
He notified the proper superiors and expects to be cured accordingly.
Second Mile ————————–> over.
Not officially official, but more than likely going to be folding.

Thought it was more appropriate over here.
During the Iowa/Purdue game the announcer mentioned Paterno’s cancer and that we should pray for the victims and also give our prayers to Paterno.
Yeah, not gonna happen.
Holy crap (dying laughing)
Oops.

It’s not from this year, Ped State was never ranked that high.
