Critique: The comic looks less compressed with three panels, but the dudes now look too small (*goes back to drawing board*)

Yeah, I see the comic fine and I’m on my phone.
Yeah, I think it looks okay in terms of compression (the 4-panel was hard to read, for me), but the guys look disproportional small compare do the frame and the dialog, to me. Maybe it’s just me. I am kind of OCD.
