Korn had a song called “Faget” in 1994, where he uses the term much as it is used here. When I first started coming to this site, I thought that you guys were all big Korn fans. That’s why I lurked for a long time before posting. And when I did post I was certain I’d be attacked by guys with long fingernails and raven black hair shaved on the sides and back but somehow still down to the shoulders.

when I was typing out dick_pics, I initially typed out dicks_picks out of habit. I don’t often write dick picks. (dying laughing)

Right, usually when you type something into google images, the “pics” part is redundant.
True story: I went to see Ozzy Osbourne up in Ames back in 1996, and Korn was the opening act. I’d never seen them before, and quickly came to the conclusion that they sucked. (Guy next to me overheard me ask my buddy who the hell these guys were and said, “Korn kicks ass.” I thought, hey, spoken like a true Iowan.)
After the show, we swing through Taco Bell on the way out of town. We’re waiting for our food, and this dude comes up to me and asks if I was at the show. I said, yeah, Ozzy put on a great show, I can cross that one off my list now. He then asks, “yeah, but what about the first band?” I said, “eh, I dunno. Maybe not my style.”
We walk out and my buddy points out that I was talking with the lead singer from Korn. I’ve never felt more like a rock ‘n’ roll hero in my life.
